Strategy
A strong strategy is developed jointly by everyone in the company. My leadership with critical scrutiny allows those responsible to be fully committed to the goals and objectives of the company and to reflect on things comprehensively, without losing control. Part of my success is the introduction of fresh ideas and a process experienced outside view. In this way, goal-oriented strategies are created that are supported by all sides.
Continuously analyzing the company, its competencies, its environment and consistently aligning it to its core mission is a permanent task of the top management. I support and accompany them in this process; from the analysis of the current situation and development of scenarios or 'futures', through the definition of strategic options, the formulation of vision and strategic goals, to the planning of resources and priorities.

Lectures
In my lectures I mainly share knowledge from practical experience. I draw on many years of experience in companies at the highest level - operationally, strategically and as an analyst. Using real events and examples, I show which approaches prove themselves in practice and which connections need to be kept in mind. The main topics are the interrelationships in the energy industry, strategy, entrepreneurship, leadership and team development.
